Lesson for English speaking

Hello, our agency, The Centre for Mother and Child, would like to introduce our new lessons for English speaking women to you.

We can offer you two lessons. In the first one, you can find out everything about delivering a baby. Our instructor will start with what to take with you to the Maternity Hospital, what you will need and what you won't, as well as what is going to happen step by step. She will tell you when to go to the Maternity Hospital, what contractions look like, everything about all stages of labour, breathing and relaxation techniques and positions, how to deal with possible complications, etc.

Our second lesson is about breast feeding and how to take care of your baby. You can get a lot of information about the importance of breast feeding, as well as techniques and positions, and how to take care of your breasts and nipples. We will also talk about contraception during breast feeding.

After our lessons, you can go and see all the delivery rooms in Brno maternity hospitals.

Your instructor, Marketa Zemanova, is a registered midwife with three years experience in midwifery.

The fee for these lessons is 900 Kc per lesson.
